There are several types of payments you can make and the outcome varies per payment type.
If you pay your full balance:
You'll receive a confirmation once the payment processes. You will stop receiving communications from us. Within 14 days of your final payment, we will request deletion of its tradeline from your credit report.
If you make a partial payment:
Your partial payment will be applied to your balance. You will not receive a confirmation for a partial payment.
If you set up a payment plan:
You'll receive a confirmation when the plan is set up. You won't receive a confirmation for each payment in the plan, but you'll receive confirmation if you complete the plan.
If you make a reduced balance payment:
This is considered resolving your balance. You'll receive a confirmation once the payment processes. You will stop receiving communications from us. Within 14 days of your final payment, we will request deletion of its tradeline from your credit report.

Credit Reporting
Where applicable, we may report to the three major credit reporting agencies, Equifax, Experian and TransUnion.
Each individual circumstance is different, so we can't predict exactly how making payments on your account will affect your credit score. For the most accurate information about your credit report, we recommend reaching out to the credit bureaus directly.
If Spring Oaks Capital, LLC is reporting your account to a credit reporting agency, within 30 days of receipt of the final payment resolving your account, Spring Oaks Capital, LLC will request deletion of its tradeline from your credit report.
